Privacy policy

My Fitbit Daily Report is used only by its owner, with the owner's own Google account.

• Data read: the owner's activity, sleep, health metrics and logged moods, read-only.
• Use: creating the owner's own daily summary, which is shown to the owner in a private page and in the owner's Google Keep.
• Processing: summaries are processed on the owner's computer, stored on Cloudflare behind a private key, and a short comment is written using Claude by Anthropic.
• The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else.
• The owner can stop this at any time by revoking access in their Google account.

この道具は持ち主本人だけが、自分のGoogleアカウントで使います。読むのは本人の活動・睡眠・健康指標・記録した気分だけで、書き込みはしません。本人用の日報を作るためだけに使い、鍵つきのページ（Cloudflare）と本人のGoogle Keepに置きます。短い一言の作成にAnthropicのClaudeを使います。販売・広告利用・第三者への提供はしません。Googleアカウントの設定からいつでも許可を取り消せます。
